Once you start making public art, it’s hard to stop!
I facilitate (designing, painting and coordinating) mural projects that involve creatives of all ages & abilities.
Through the collaborative mural-making branch of not-for-profit kindess society Altruistic Current, I help design public art pitches to granting organizations in order to creative collaborative murals that involve all-ages Community Members and coordinating new-to-it Professional Artists to mural painting and cooperation.
In this way (working with Altruistic Current and under my own steam), I’ve had a hand in coordinating seven mural projects, and using the talents of 500+ Community Members and 16 Professional Artists.

Drawn to It
Made for Nocturne Art At Night 2025 as a featured Beacon Project, a temporary ground-based mural that included all-ages colouring in.
IEvent saw 150+ participants; design work and illustrations done by Solberg.
Roaming Revival
Made in coordination with Downtown Red Deer and Red Deer Arts Council, awarded through the Community Public Art Project Grant from the City of Red Deer.
Included a Community Paint Day (200+ participants), with final painting touches and design by Professional Artist Emma Guido.
